With over 10 years of experience in software development and architecture, client communication, and business understanding, Venkata has gained expertise in various technologies and tools like Java, AngularJs, NodeJs, Android, Reactjs, Ruby on Rails, Python, Atlassian, gitlab, coggle, Asana, and slite. He has also gained expertise in some IBM products like Bluemix, Mobilefirst, TXSeries, WAS, PureApps, and AWS. Venkata's field of exploration presently is Blockchain, AI technologies in Hospitality and Fin-tech platforms. Currently working as a Software Development Manager III with WW Concessions at Amazon Development Centre, Venkata has also worked with IBM India Software labs in various roles like Software test engineer and developer, business partner technical professional, and technical consultant in presales. He has also worked as a Director of Engineering at SBV Solutions Private limited, a platform-driven service organization, where he worked extensively on building the engineering team and manned the DevOps infrastructure for the organization. As the Director of Engineering, Venkata drives planning and coordinating with various technical and non-technical teams right from the conception to realization of a software solution. He leads by example in all legs of software development and deployment life cycle with a focus on high-level and detailed design. He runs a think tank for business analytics, enterprise-wide architecture and engineering discussions, creating PoCs to set sails for the engineering team on experimental ideas, quickly adapting to the fast-paced technological revolution. He also manages multiple projects or activity management with both tactical and strategic focus. Venkata holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, an MSIT in Information Technology from IIIT, and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BVC Engineering College. With relevant experience of 14.79 years, Venkata is a stickler for smart survival in the age of digital transformation and has the ability to visualize utilitarian integration of his ideas with cutting-edge technologies.
